The Web Summit's sister conference, Collision, took place between 20th and23rd June and over 35,000 people attended. Galp took part in a masterclass on the topic "The energy transition: What's in it for startups?". In this conversation between Joana Larsen, Open Innovation Manager at Galp, and António Dias Martins, Executive Director of Startup Portugal, they addressed the challenges of decarbonisation and the opportunity that the energy transition represents for startups.
In addition to attending the event, Galp Upcoming Energies and Startup Portugal organised an exclusive event for the Portuguese delegation and its partners in North America, including investors, incubators, universities and others, in order to leverage potential transatlantic synergies.
