Small project description:
In a Lisbon gas station, Galp and Sensei worked together to design a 323 square foot autonomous convenience shop. People may purchase a variety of non-perishable items, meals, snacks, and beverages from the store, which also has a network of cameras installed in the ceiling and sensors built into the shelves to track what products people select and abandon. When a person leaves a store, the self-governing software generates and maintains a virtual shopping bag for them, and charges them through the app. Consumers may now pay for their delights without scanning their barcodes or standing in line. Galp is transforming its retail offering by using this technology to take the next step toward technology-based solutions that streamline the consumer experience. Furthermore, testing operational optimization solutions like stock automation and in-store product monitoring is made possible by this technology. With Galp's partners, this format also makes it possible to explore emerging consumer trends
